The women have shown themselves totally incompetent. On multiple occasions. A couple of them were entirely arrogant and snotty. Michelle Obama might have been capable of actual work years before she was cast into the White Houst, but there is no evidence of it. This particular set of women were totally unqualified to perform the world they were trying to do.

No, you're just a fellow bigot. No. Objectively, these people have not shown themselves to be worthy of their positions. As to who is "smarter", you cannot reasonably pose that question to academics who are objectively some of the worst dumbasses in the country. Academics is for the intellectual lazy. The people on the front lines are the true intellectuals. You're not going to find many of them at Harvard or Berkeley.
