No doubt technology, AI, robotics will eliminate a lot of jobs. It already has. This will likely reignite the discussion about Universal Basic Income (UBI). A topic which was “hot” a few years ago but has since lost steam for reasons I don’t comprehend. Universal basic income - Wikipedia PS: Burger flipping isn’t an option as it’s one of the simplest robotic tasks. Neither is vacuuming. I actually have a hard time coming up with any manual tasks robots couldn’t assume in the not too distant future.
