Jeffery...I received a copy of that filing yesterday in the mail. I'll look at it more closely tonight when I get home. I don't recall these guys as being a big player in the stock. Of course loomis was the largest holder and was the force that pushed this plan as they were able to recover most of their investment when the debt conversion was done in Nov. 96. John, Bruce, do you have Mark's E-mail address? Haven't heard from him. One last thing, check the STLC thread out on the Yahoo board, there was some rumbling over there. I posted one guy who claims to live within spitting distance of STLC's facilities and who also holds a ton of their stock as wel. Hopefully he will post over this way and let us know what he knows.
