Timing does seem to be a problem here but I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have not finished going through the entire business plan yet but have gone through a significant portion. George Levy was good enough to federal express it to me. I strongly urge all investors who have not read the business plan to do so before making comments about the company. Tokyo has read the plan and decided that it was not an investment that he was comfortable with. I respect his opinion but hope you are wrong on this one Joe! MEGW has very ambitious plans for the future. Anyone that thinks this company is a scam needs to read the business plan and it will be clear that the people behind MEGW do have genuine plans and goals. If I have a concern, it is that their plans are too ambitious. They seem to want to be a jack of all trades instead of mastering one thing first. A new company has to walk before it can run. I hope they are not going to spread themselves too thin. They will need significant infrastructure and capital to execute their business plan. George has said that the British group will be bringing a great deal to the company. As with any BB stock, an investment in MEGW presents a great deal of risk. One must always consider the risk/benefit of investing in a BB stock. I have concluded that at 35 cents or so, MEGW offers more than enough potential benefit to justify my purchase at this price. I am not necessarily convinced that the company will be able to accomplish everything in its business plan but even if they are able to accomplish part of it, shareholders will be rewarded. Will they execute? Who knows. Is this a scam? No way.

Thanks, I am confident with this one. Maybe so there are subtle release changes but so are many of our own posts, constantly changing our own viewpoints of things. This is a startup company, getting its first magazine out. I can wait.
