So we have some like LRCX that have already surpassed their 61% extensions and others like AMD that have yet to lift off from their lows, much less break triangles. I don't jump around... I'll continue to take profits on LRCX but what do others do? Stick with the winner? Put some profits into the laggard? Rotate out of the stock that passed its 61% into another that has not? Go to cash? Double down on the winner, perhaps selling the laggard, AMD, to raise funds for more breaking out and making ATH after ATH? Buy some cookies and go back to sleep? FWIW, LRCX hit one of my support lines on a LT log chart. I'd have to zoom in to see how close it is, but... it didn't hold the round number of 130... so far and this line is fairly arbitrary with a load of wiggle room. Our favorite K2 climber might say we worry too much and the iH&S continuation on the log says much, much higher... . Perhaps stocks are predicting lower interest rates with presidential pressure and stocks with real earnings and value are acting like gold and silver... hi ho! .
