Based upon the excellent information CharlesRiver has posted, I have definitely suspected him of having a current or past inside connection, possibly being a former employee. HelterSkelter what prior positions did you both have at Nine. Obviously, the company has been talking with various parties (in the conference call they admitted to having many opportunities on the table). I would also suspect that there bankers are encouraging these talks. Do you know who they are talking with and how close we are.
