While expects 11% decline in sales this year, sees 25% growth over next 3-yrs. Says he likes AMAT, NVLS, LRCX, and KLAC. SoundView Financial analyst Michael O'Brien says he likes ETEC and TER.

Andrew,

Being a technology zero, with a tenuous grasp of the chip making process, would you comment on this: (from the UT-Austin Sematech release)

"...And for chip companies, it means they may be able to put off for a
decade or more the need to shift to entirely new types of lithography."

This seems to imply the need for many types of upgrades may no longer exist. Help!
