There is probably an SEC filing that lists the new share count. The Yahoo numbers are definitely old.

Odd that Yahoo can't use the wonderful amazing AI that is supposed to make everything work easily and cheaply and reasonably accurately yet. I guess they don't want to spend any money improving their site.

The prior common stock holders got a fraction of those new shares. The bond holders got the balance in exchange for retiring their bonds. The new market cap is relative to the par value of those bonds. And a 10% option pool to incentivize management. The prior bond holders now own the company.
