seems like it - but the news makers are not picking up on this - seems like ARM is being pushed to a much larger settlement or face a significant risk to its business

Thanks QHT for sharing the good news.

Is it now fair to assume that both companies will settle all/any pending cases between them amicably and qualcomm will get access to latest arm instruction set on time and at reasonable prices (like how arm gives it to its other major customers).
