Toco, there are two forms of bankruptcy. The Chapter 11, the one I explained and Chapter 7. In a Chapter 7 the company ceases to do business; the assets are sold and the proceeds go first to the secured and unsecured debt holders and if anything is left then to the shareholders. Breeze
