RE: I certainly couldn’t buy back at those prices — do you still think it would have made sense to sell? I actually added some shares at $24.32 during this “rights” offer. If it's held in a taxable account it probably didn't make sense to sell with those cap gains unless you stay in the 12% bracket. Wake me up when the R.O. is settled after the 16th and we'll see if it made sense to sell. :)

re: UTF R.O. If you are buying shares during this R.O. why aren't you participating? You should be getting some shares at a discount. One of my CEF rules, but that's just me :)
