Fear & Greed Index = 29 If it falls like this again on Monday we could get a Tuesday washout for my favorite Turnaround Tuesday. But that would take a China friendly tweet and perhaps a settlement on the shutdown. I think the Dems are holding out for the GOP to fire even more workers so they can pass Prop 50 here to turn CA even more blue by a ridiculous amount even though 38% voted for Trump and the GOP only has about 17% of CA's House seats as it is... like we aren't already crooked and gerrymandered.
