No, I rarely sell into strength or buy into weakness.

I've been posting a lot of lists and many of them show what I've bought on that day. ISRG just hadn't made the move yet, but if one is familiar with my trading system, it could have been surmised.

BTW, I sold my AGQ and precious metal miners on Friday morning. Then I started posting cautionary tales about gold here. Message 35304238

But I don't want to be responsible for telling people what to buy or when to sell. I can only make decisions for myself. In fact for eons I never named a single position because I felt that if said it, I'd be responsible for it. And I just didn't want that kind of burden.

What I really missed on was loading up on BYND when I bought it, and I knew it was a great deal when I got in. I just didn't size it as heavily as I should have. Message 35304246

That actually showed up in my list.

PS I am more likely to sell it tomorrow than not.

I have a feeling that soon I may have to hold back the tears and sell my rare earth stocks.

The vertical bar on the charts marks when I said the above.

(The rest don't look much different either).

One last thing.
I think NVDA is running out of steam. It is too early to tell, but I think before its earnings, its chart will begin to look very much like NFLX chart looked like today...and with similar risk/reward profile.

However, unlike NFLX, if NVDA drops, so will the market...but that's still 6 weeks away and a lot can happen by then.

As I said, I rarely sell into strength and I expect ISRG to make a new high.
Anyone who sold the news instead of buying more on the minor pullback lost 10% in a week.
On the other hand, if you added, even after the numbers were out, you were an outlier in the market.

PS I did make a rare exception for CSIQ and sold it 2 days ago, on the day that it peaked. We will see after they report if I will regret selling into that strength, but I doubt it.
