Praxis, There were more than a dozen people at the meeting and approx. a dozen who stopped for drinks afterwards. It was indicated to me that 4-5 million shares were represented there overall. Not having met these individuals before, I am relying on the integrity of those sitting next to me who provided these numbers and who appeared to recognize the majority of the gents at the table. It is possible that these numbers are not correct but I see no reason why anyone would try to mislead me. If indeed they are incorrect, I certainly do apologize but I'm only telling you what I was told. B.
