Ed, I don't want stability. I want ZULU-tek/NETZ price acceleration!!

I spoke with Bob Stone 212 922-0900 and the discussion was on the topics I listed. I inferred from our conversation that he hoped to be able to put out a couple of releases as soon as this week.

Have you been down to the WACC office yet? The other good news is we waited for storms to be over before starting construction. Did the storm cause you any grief. Looked pretty wicked from all reports we've seen.
JOE

Ed, looks like "Westamerica Corporation, completed on February 25, 1998, the divestiture of its oil and gas subsidiary, ECC Energy Corporation ("ECC"), a California corporation, to Edward R. Foraker, of Scottsdale, Arizona, effective as of January 1, 1998 ("Purchase Date").
This is taken from FORM 8-K filed on February 25, 1998.

There's also information in there about the sale of 15,000 Series AA Non-voting Convertible Preferred Stock for $1.5 million. WACC should receive the money within 90 days. It would be great if you could find out from your broker what the scoop is on the conversion of these preferred as per Item 9.

This means we will see a press release this week. It also means we should have a few bucks in our pockets to get started in the timeshare business. (JMHO)

Who knows what the March winds will blow our way!
