No, the 1% INCOME tax rate is 37%.

Even though it would affect me, too, we need to have a wealth tax.

1/10 of 1% per year on a net worth of over 10 million.

Someone with 10 million would pay 10 thousand.

Someone with a billion would pay a million, which would be just as noticeable to them as the 10K would be to someone with 10 million.

Everyone with a net worth of 10 million or more can easily afford 1/10 of 1%.
