Linda, the company has made 7(at least) Reg S debenture placements in the last 1/2 year and just placed 42,500 warrants a few weeks ago. Add todays release to that and a 1:20 reverse split and what do you get? DD

How in hell did you get into this stock???????????????????????????
("Since I need to act on the current situation,...") OK, if you have lost 99% and have the chance of losing the rest, do you really feel the need to act quickly? It's called facing your mistakes. If you think the history of this co. is not good, why/how can you expect it to change? Offie had went into great length and effort to post here on this thread. He doesn't own any shares (maybe 1/20th of a share) so anything he posts on this thread should be greatly thanked. He had posted a lot. To summarize all the posts is to basically warn you: "DON'T PLAY WITH FIRE." you'll do better in vegas (lose the same but can make more), you know.

"I'm asking who it was who offered the $2.2 million" that was the first q I asked someone when I read that PR. Few days ago I read inthe journal that someone had sent a letter to many firms etc about a prtcl. stock (prob. yest.'s WSJ) with a false heading from marill lynch. It made that NASDAQ-small cap stock double until the co. and ml had a pr. the stock was unchanged for the day (?). i'm not saying it's the same case but there should be more to that story as time developes. i'm not counting on it, though. we had great things in the past but with no follow-ups. it may dye, you know. nothing is final untill its final. See ya, Marty
