Thanks. I am going to add to my position.

I never understand why Canadian companies often have such convoluted corporate structure. I had to read the opening paragraph twice and I still don't have good handle on it beyond they own part of company that did a solar project.

Brookfield is another major company that despite my best intentions I never invested in because I could never understand what I was getting when I was buying a share.

At least these guys are more focused.
