If I can't trust a management, I will stay far away from the stock, long or short.
SAVA chart doesn't give me a trustworthy feeling. And this is not about biotech.
I could never buy TTD no matter how much Cramer said he liked the management. I look at that chart and think, these are not a group of trustworthy people.
Ditto for SMCI, though in their case it was mistrust the moment I heard their CEO on CNBC. And now their chart screams untrustworthy management too (they didn't have much of chart when I first saw the CEO).

EDIT Speaking of untrustworthy stocks, I just looked up DJT. It's down more than 92% from its all time high and still in a downtrend. At least now it shows that people trust it will keep going down.
