Still no packet, proxy or whatever Have holdings with Waterhouse and NDB and still have not received anything. Somewhat perplexing for our good company to screw up something this important. Would hope they are more diligent in the future. Annoyed Dave

Jan, Who is your Broker? I have FTEL shares with Fidelity, Jack White and NDB and have yet to receive a package. Talked with Helen about this a few days ago and, as I recall it, she believes the problem is with the Transfer Agent-not FTEL. A minor hiccup. Will be leaving for the bar, eh meeting, in the morning. Looking forward to meeting the gang. Russ in San Diego
