Mike, I talked to IR on this Ten days ago to verify. They said that the first one is true relative to seeing the RBOC spending on the rise. But, they didn't know where the statement of "MCI/Worldcom orders on the rise during the merger" came from! They said that they expect a slowdown during the merger in the first half of the year but expect it to increase in the second half.
