I'd be surprised if COHR reports two bad quarters in a row, in the middle of an AI boom.

Ok, I've postioned my COHR mess so that we want the stock price to go up after today's report. I used my detailed investment analysis which says "up is better than down", and it works half the time, so lets see what they report.

COHR went over $153 after hours... looks like my largest newsletter and nearly largest personal position got bigger.

Makes all that profit taking on the way up look silly, but I'd rather make money than get slaughtered. No doubt more profit taking in the AM unless a bomb goes off at their factory.

Ouch!
I happen to be short $136 this Friday expiration covered calls. I'm thinking if COHR dips below $136 in afternoon trading today perhaps I'll buy some more, and then if the calls get exercised on Friday I've still got my shares.
I think $136 after tonight's earnings would be a good deal for longs, but WTFDIK?
