I would first like to find out who controls the float.

Obviously, this stock isn't worth 90 cents, much less $9. It's s good short at any price (I think we can safely assume that Roddy Kangaroo will not quite make it to superstardom). But the float is tiny and the principals can sit on this one for a long, long time - and they ain't exactly hurting for money.
