Could look at MSGS for sports teams. Dolan-owned which is a concern. Company otherwise always undervalued based on estimated worth of the Knicks,Rangers. If I catch MSGS at lows, I might try a position. finance.yahoo.com

No position I've ever held had any significant vote, but for the record: ....authorizing a capital structure with multiple series of common stock: a Series B that entitles the holders to ten votes per share, a Series A that entitles the holders to one vote per share, and a Series C that, except as otherwise required by applicable law, entitles the holders to no voting rights;... -10-K Why would anyone pay the premium (see BATRB)? Who knows. Maybe, if you want a piece of a team, there are more profitable alternatives. google.com Atlanta's probably the cleanest play, but I didn't find it compelling.
