Certainly in my mind as a juror, as we all are, to some extent, it is an obstruction of justice. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to discredit the prosecutor as incompetent and untrustworthy. No one's denied the truth of the material circulated about Starr's underlings, not even the underlings themselves. Sure it's a deliberate attempt to make him look bad. That doesn't make it a crime.
