Shane, if I remember correctly you were looking at the stock but did not own it? Aside from the WOW on the research achievement, are you now also WOW on buying the stock in the 40's. The price is up 20 points off the low at today's high. Sometimes a development can come along that makes the stock a better buy now than 20 points ago. In your opinion, is this such a development, or does the lack of even intermediate term earnings impact temper such a view?

Wiz..Whew!! .08 micron by 2002???!! Gad, if they are pushing .13 by then, I'm impressed! But I've learned my lesson before about doubting your "possible" projections...they tend to happen!! I need to understand more about the LSI tie-in...perhaps I need to re-establish my position a bit earlier that I was projecting? <gg> Anyway...Nice stock, nice prospects, GREAT industry position -- The STEALTH winner in the semi - industry! Wizard, actually, as the story comes out, we are getting a better handle on the possible time frame for this technology...and it appears that you were right. We now may not have to wait until the post 2009 time frame to move to .08 micron...DPMI is looking at assessing the commercial potential within 5-6 years...half the time frame of previous expectations... And you have 10 Semiconductor companies in Sematech who should LEAP on the possibilities...especially for SOC applications... This could get good!, no? Thanks for the thoughts.. TSO

Hi Shane. Do you know what is the total market size of mask (independent and captive suppliers included). I think I read somewhere that it is about 1.6 billion, but can't recall the source of the info. Further, do you have the most recent data on the market share of Japanese semiconductor suppliers (in DRAM, logic, etc.). [Japan is a huge addressable market for DPMI.] I would appreciate your information. I think these two pieces of data are important for assessing the prospect of DPMI. I'm doing my due diligence analysis of DPMI, and if I come up with anything interesting then I'll post. Regards, Tim
