It can be seen the other way too — when BTC loses momentum and fails to confirm an SPX top, that is a potential bearish sign for both, SPX AND BTC. I’d say, especially for BTC. Some of the times, the SPX rally slows down, but doesn’t reverse.

Interesting chart, thanks. There is also a connection between BTC and global liquidity levels, but I don’t know of a convenient way to measure it.

More on BTC. When people loose faith, expect reversals - at least, for a while. But, beware of those that fail to bounce. Could be a bad sign.
