OK Joe, Take it easy. It is called a discussion.
Of course Joe M. knows what he is doing! How the hell else could our balance sheet look so good now! I assure you that not ALL executive decisions are the right ones even when they are surrounded with "experts". If every decision were correct, how would any company in this wonderful land of ours ever report a loss?
I agree with your point to some degree on M & A with shares but I was not suggesting we start pulling ALL CASH buyouts. Cash is king no matter how you slice it. If the right A opportunity came along and we needed more cash to pull off the deal, I would hate to think it was squandered catering to these sellers.
Please tell me what would happen if we went below $1?

Joe, Personally I think that if the buyback were not in place and our sellers managed somehow to actually drive this stock down to $1.00, that there would be panic buying, not selling. Most DCI shareholders seem to understand the company fairly well with respect to it's undervaluation at these levels, at 50% off this price I know of quite few people that would be susceptible to "panic buying", please put me at the front of the line.
