Awhile back Joe mentioned how many shares he thought were left to be absorbed and it wasn't anywhere near those figures. Maybe things have changed. I think at the time it was about 300,000 shares or so but I could be wrong. Steve

ernie, It is a tall order to try and figure that all out. The first assumption I would make is that the $4 shares have not been exercised. if so, very few. Then trying to make the determination if all the .20 options have been fulfilled is doable but also difficult. As of Sept. 30, 97... 223,900 exercised. Stock has restrictions to sale ranging out until 11/98. As of 12/31 2,079,020 options exercised... same restrictions apply. More coming next post... Bruce
