<<Your posting indicates that the backlog has increased to $400 mil.
Do you have any information on this backlog? Does it represent new contracts? How much of this will be represented in fiscal 98 revenue?>>

Thanks for addressing this issue. I simply reported the number from Mike M. I *assume* it differs from the number reported in the DBCO 10K (of approx. $12 million?) because of the strict accounting rules governing 10K disclosure and the informal rules governing conversations. If memory serves correct, 10K disclosure requires the Company to have the order/project under contract and for the Company to be in a position to meet such order. Up until the $5 investment by ECO and the upcoming $25 million credit line, DBCO/Davie probably wasn't in a position to capitalize on all business opportunities. I further assume that Mike M. was informing me of Davie's opportunities (which he generally referred to as backlog) that look very solid, but may require commitment capital or refinements to verbally agreed upon contract proposals to qualify them as true backlog.

As we learn more about DBCO, our focus should be on the Company's backlog. I suspect the this topic will play a large part of any upcoming conference call.
