So far, I haven't heard anything about new rules on ROTHs which you can take money out tax free and pass on to heirs tax free. There is some talk about forcing you to take distributions when the total reaches $5M... but COHR would need to become the next NVDA or one of my two micro caps cure cancer for that to be an issue for me I think.

BTW, some of the wealthy in high tax brackets who were making $350K or more a year were putting the max into SEP IRAs which are similar to regular 401Ks. They'd jump at the offer to take $10K out at 10% before they reach RMD age.
