Food for thought, but don't go crazy with this-lol!

James Flynn, the guy they named the Flynn effect after said the key to sophisticated abstract thinking was connecting the dots!

The gold to silver ratio in the earths crust is about 16 to 1, so using logic one would think the price of silver should be 1/16th of gold or about $260 an oz-lol?

But probably half of the silver mined has been used up, while most of the gold is still around, so now we are at 8 to 1 ratio, or about $525-lol.

AND we know today they are mining gold and silver at about a 1 to 7 ratio!!?? Most of the silver mines have been exhausted!

And we also know there is now a five year deficit of mine production of about 300 million oz, each year!!

Chart below 850 milllion oz mined, and 1,150 demand.

And while they cannot increase production, green energy, solar panels, and general industrial demand is sky rocketing, plus investor demand is up a lot from last year.

Now as the price climbs, people will sell into it, but the demand could be dramatic and as it is used in such small amounts, price is sort of inelastic, as is recyclung, and mine production.

So what I see for sure is $100 plus silver withing 12months, but it could go much higher, I think-lol??

Meanwhile, Carney's political party id falling apart because of the hard right turn he has taken, particularly giving up the fight against climate change.

I wish your portrayal of Carney was accurate, but alas, it dies not reflect the actual policies he is implementing.
