It reflects on the people living in places like California and NYC. These are the rules we live under, and I'm pleased to be in Texas. I don't like all the rules here, but I cannot imagine being strangled by living the economic gulag you are in.

As you will recall, our Constitution says Democrats get a hand in controlling the budget. So, you have to at least a modicum of agreement between the parties to cut the budget and Democrats will never agree with Trump to do that. You get that? (I know you once understood that...)
