What do you make of the terms of the financing? Alejandro is chutzpah finance. Do you think the cramdown was an arms length transaction? Do you consider it a cramdown even? Why did he resign after arranging the financing? If there was plenty of liquidity why do the capital raise at all? Do you mean the class action lawsuits or the French receivership?

To me the financing looks like cramdown. Why Weinstein after all his years involved and his significant ownership position needed warrants on top of equity seems very self dealing why he left as soon as financing happened etc etc

I had a very small amount of gauzy . My big concern is refr. Gauzy as a going concern is a concern given the unknowns around the credit lines . The physical spd production plant exists but the scale and growth not yet

You see what I mean ND. I am curious how you view the terms of the financing in light of the claims of baselessness in the French court etc etc

By their guidance fwiw, they expected ebitda positive this year fcf positive next year. Without the 3q hard to know how close they are to 130 million for this year

Vision was supposed to be fcf free currently

The other thin is they went public to be a financially sound counterparty. Not the share price, but the uncertainty around their liquidity affecting real world orders and finally what is the French recieveship issue and given the risk of genera default to the credit facilities how did they get to the point or recievership? 8 million in is a lot

What happened between Eyal’s personal loan to buy gauzy and this very dilutive very desperate seeming dilutive financing.

The optics are bad imo and the stock reflects that
