Buster, something to think about: The Myriad acquisition used around 2.5MM shares in the transaction. It has been indicated that Myriad had a net of 1.8MM in '97. That's a gain of .72 in annual net for every share used in the transaction, or around .05-.06 eps for the company. Jin.

ps. In 8 minutes about 300K or so shares traded. Either we are going to have alot of activity today and/or the buy back has begun. I'm not sure which, since I don't have access to trading logs. If anybody does, please post any big blocks that go through. Thanks.

if shares are issued for the line of credit they are at least restricted shares.

The above cannot be true and still be a "loan". If shares were issued for cash, that is called a private placement. If we assume the press release is correct then shares have been collateralized. A big difference.

I strongly doubt that the management would risk the wrath of the SEC by calling a private placement a "line of credit".
