Well like I said, hybrid technology has been around for over two decades, yet I don't see it much outside of Toyota.

Even Chevy tried to make the plug-in hybrid work. Remember the Chevy Volt? GM execs drove that all the way from Detroit to Washington in order to beg Obama for a bailout. That was around 2009 or 2010.

Now the Chevy Volt is dead.
