Guess if Clinton feels Starr has overextended his powers he could just order Janet Reno to fire Starr. Totally within Clinton's powers. Wonder why he doesn't do it? ;)

The defense side is sharing information, better give me a better example than just talking to the Jones lawyers. How is what seems to be good strategy for one side collusion for the other? How did you feel about Olie North's wife and pastor getting called before the grand jury? This thing has a lot more to do with power brokering and influence peddling than sex. Ms. Willey seems to have received what she wanted, which seems to fit into the pattern. If you have a problem-get out the talking points, get somebody a job, call in favors, stall and deny, attack the accuser. Good tactics if you have a foundation of jello.
