Hate to break it to you, but humans move around. Unless you want to go all North Korea, your population where measles have been eradicated is setting themselves up to be in a similar position as Native Americans when the disease-ridden Europeans showed up. Once it is eradicated globally, like smallpox, then you stop vaccinating. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for a pandemic.
