Mohan: FYI, I just got off the phone with uh... Mr. Gardner <g>, well actually he "is in", cause I got his secretary. When I told her why I was calling (re: downgrade), "amazingly" he then was away from his desk <grin>. In any event, I told the secretary to: a) Tell him who I was, and to contact my account rep on the east coast b) Explain if he took into consideration the Radio Shack issue c) That I didn't give a s*it "who" he was; that I was a SB client and I expected some kind of response.
