Paul, I agree with re: stock purchase vs, cash, less bullish. And Teddy, I've been watching RIG all day closely, whenever there are a few buys, some big size has been coming in to knock the stock down. Some large instituition is definitely selling RIG today. I wonder why?
only up 3/4, at its low of the day right now.

Paul,

You are right that value funds "should" be attracted to drilling stocks. My question was whether they would be. Also, I agree that the stock swap deal is not as bullish as a cash deal. We're seeing more of that in stock buybacks though.
