You might be right. However, the wait for our day in court just got extended 6 months. The judge obviously doesn't think it's all just frivolous noise. In fact, it appears she may be getting rather perturbed by it all and I wouldn't be surprised if she did the extension in the hope that both parties find a better (non legal) way to resolve their differences. Isn't all contact with the court now terminated until September? That's my read of the meeting minutes posted yesterday.
