Yes! I agree, but if you implement virtual integration then you have MUCH smaller CapEx expenses and you don't need to have all that cash just laying around collecting dust! You should enhance shareholder value by buying back shares with almost every extra buck you have! Oh, if the industry turns, I guess you could just sell some conv. sub. debs to get you by... If you're lucky then demand will be so strong that you can sell more than you even need! Gosh isn't this grand.

(Sorry, I've gotten very cynical after listening to Lawrence during the past year).
