Barry, Martin Barnes of the Bank Credit Analyst covered it in Barron's but I can't recall the date Nov 96 or 97 I have the issue somewhere. You can easily find it in the library . I am a happy Richebacher subscriber he seems to understand what is really happening and shatters Wall St propaganda and myths-the trouble is few people understand. Another source for the number are the National income and profit accounts see The Department of Commerce-survey of current Business May 1997. It is interesting to note that I did not see any rebuttal of Barnes discussion in Barron's from the Wall St crowd. Mike
