Venkie, I respectfully suggest you get rid of your CPQ. I have a feeling that there may be some terrible inventory surprises in the offing - worse than has thus far been noted. When your inventory bloats in this business it hurts your bottom line because of rapidly falling component prices.

I don't know how they account for their inventory, but if it's on a LIFO basis they could be overstating profits. That wouldn't be a problem if they had Dell's kind of inventory magic.

Regards,

Paul

Venkie,
Hi!!! My father informs me that the latest issue of Standard and Poor's Outlook has raised Dell from a four star to a five star....Whooooppppeeee DDDDDDDooooooooooo!!!!! Just amazin' how "valuable" these predictions are to someone after the fact......

Value Line as recently as their January report when Dell was @91 stated: "we see very little upside potential.".........

These "experts" sure aren't feeding their families off their track record with regards to Dell I hope???
