OK Brad. Here goes. 3030 Bridgeway, Suite 405 is our engineer office where the TelliPhone and TelliScreen hardware and software is developed and engineered. MarketVision is a site for distribution of investor information. We are setting up our own web site, TELLI.COM. I will let you know when it is ready. Next SEC 10-K. Knowing our auditors, it will be near the end of March, right before the deadline. The number of restricted shares I get from Pacific Transfer are between 11,000,000 and 12,000,000. This is largely because many people have not yet sent in their old certificates to have the restricted legend removed......but they could do so at any time. I will have to get back to you on the 1998 and 1999 projected EPS. No Reg S's out or planned for the future. No 504's out. Have not done any.....too many shareholders. No plans for any in the future. We are now preparing a Private Placement. The only thing we plan to do in the future is an IPO. However, we want to test the product in the first marketplace before setting a value for a public offering. Now, I hope I submit this one without loosing it. Lawrie
