I have the following two insiders selling from 10/30/97 - 11/26/97

Phelan Mark D 97,476 shares
Whipple Jay 180,000 Shares
--------------
277,000 @ apx price of $28 is $7,756,000

Paul, is the additional selling you report in addition to what I got from Lombard, or is it inclusive?

I first bought this a while back at 12 and again at 10 1/8. On the way up I sold the first position at 17. Fear is keeping me away for now. That's probably is a good indicator to load up.

I think the key to the insider sales is what percentage of their holdings are they selling. It it is a little, I'm not worried. If it is a lot, I am. I was not able to tell by the filings on Bloomberg. Does anyone know? Marc

OK, Not to beat you up or anything, but, your numbers are wrong.

First on this thread you say over 500,000 shares, next on the Yahoo thread you say almost 500,000 shares. Second you say over 15 million in value, maybe my calculator is broken but 26 times 500,000 is short a few million. What I need is a link to this information. I posted some insiders (VP's) selling a little while ago, but not that high number of shares.

I'm not trying to beat you up, I just like to get the numbers right and back them up with Facts(links). Two years from now it won't matter anyway the stock will be $65-$80 IMHO,.

Thanks for the info, if you could provide a link I would appreciate it.
