Shane: I do not think there will be much decline in VLSI tomorrow (perhaps $0.50-$1.25 lower that today's close). VLSI was hammered a few weeks ago in the anticipation of such earning warnings. As for LSI, the same story. It will at worst will be in the low $23's but will close in the $24 range again. These warnings are all in the stock price (However I have proven to be wrong many times in the past, but I hope this is not one of those times!) Regards, Addi Jamshidi
