Janice, we didn't have internet then, or at least I didn't, so I at least couldn't have asked you then what you thought of the Packwood witchhunt. If there ever was a partisan witchhunt with Sexual Harassment as the club, the Democratic Party has been the pioneers of this, guided and encouraged along the way with the mainstream liberal press. I'll be quite interested to see how the press covers the Jones' trial, if it ever gets under way. One thing we can probably count on though, is the press will be at their non-partisan best, the very models of objective reporting. We will get dry facts, and undoubtedly it will be a low-brow affair. Janice, regardless of what you may think of the inconsequence of perjuring one's self in an affidavit to a court, the courts don't always look very fondly on such things, particularly from a President, and I don't either. The perjury charge should be pursued, because rightly or wrongly solicited, the affidavit was given, perhaps in bad faith, from this what Clinton declared would be "the most ethical administration in history". Which was another lie, as the record now shows. Oh yeah I know, so what? So Clinton is a lying, philandering, lawbreaking creep, but so what, is that it? Do you really believe that men of Clinton's character are a help to the United States, and to the Democratic Party?
