Didn't Terry N leave ITCO to go to SUNY? I would venture to say that the current share holder will receive so much a single share. If by some queer mistake and receive something I bet there will be at least a 3 year waiting period to convert.

So just what do we have left? PIC is sold, Cal Tube is gone. ITCO closed it's doors, and Segma7 is on its way to a IPO. Ah yea that stupid antenna. So how years can you carry a loss over for taxes?
