Please tell me that's not so. If Terry N. is getting back in & assets are going out, it's may well be time to file a shareholder suit to challenge this, and try to immediately get a restraining order.

Can anyone verify if Terry is in deed at SUNY? Thanks, Scott

I think it is safe to say that Terry N. has no involvement with SUNY, now NPCT. INCE has undertaken the direction of ITCO's chapter 11 reorganization to protect its investment. Remember, Terry N. and co. left owing something like $2 1/2 million to Intercell. Paul will be the President and CEO of NPCT and INCE will own 70% of the company although it looks like the PCI technology somehow belongs to NPCT for $13 million in stock to Intercell. I am not up to speed on the complete transaction although it looks similar to an IPO where NPCT is much like a subsidary of INCE. However, with only 4MM in the outstanding and Paul practically as much as saying that he will have financing and a deal with a major interconnect co. within 60 days NCST virtually has its way paved for a good run up and value.
